About Me

Hello, my name is Jurate and I’m the founder of Permanent Makeup Co Down. I am an award-winning finalist of permanent makeup artist in N.Ireland 2023 -2024.

I choose permanent makeup as a career because it combines my passion for helping people, with my love of all things creative. I see permanent makeup as a form of art for the face. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the happiness it brings to peoples’ lives. For some people it is literally life changing.

I specialise in creating natural looking, bespoke permanent makeup for the lips, eyes and eyebrows. I offer a free consultation for all clients, which includes a careful analysis of face shape, hair colour and skin tone, along with a discussion about what you are wanting to achieve from your permanent makeup and your lifestyle.
